Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026  ·  Arqflow, Inc.

HarborDesk is a pre-launch product operated by Arqflow, Inc. This policy explains what data we collect through our waitlist and, when the product launches, through the platform itself. We keep it plain.

1. Who we are

HarborDesk is a product of Arqflow, Inc. When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means Arqflow, Inc. and the HarborDesk service. Questions can be directed to hello@harbordesk.io.

2. Information we collect

Waitlist applications. When you apply for early access, we collect:

Platform use (post-launch). Once HarborDesk is live, we will collect operational data you enter — voyage records, SOF events, disbursement accounts, documents, and contact information — in order to provide the service. We will update this policy before launch with full detail.

Usage data. We may collect standard web analytics (page views, session duration, browser type) to understand how the product is used. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals without your knowledge.

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising on third-party platforms.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate HarborDesk — for example, authentication (Clerk), email delivery, and cloud infrastructure. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform services for us.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Authentication and security

Platform authentication is handled by Clerk, which provides multi-factor authentication (MFA). Clerk's own privacy policy governs the data they process on our behalf. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

6. Data retention

Waitlist application data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the application and, if you become a customer, for the duration of your account plus any legally required retention period. If you ask us to delete your application data before you have an account, we will do so within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@harbordesk.io. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The landing page uses no tracking cookies. After launch, HarborDesk may use session cookies required for authentication and product functionality. We will update this section accordingly.

9. Children

HarborDesk is a professional B2B tool not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered applicants and customers. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
